Welcome to Kiveez. If you are on our App or Web services, these terms and conditions apply to you. The terms “We”, “Us” “Our” “Kiveez” refers to the Kiveez App and Web services that we provide.

You must read, agree and accept to our Terms and Conditions to use our service. If you are on our App or web services, by default it means you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and have agreed to abide by it. We may keep editing and bringing new changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and it is your responsibility to keep checking and keep yourself aware of our new updated Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILTY

You must be minimum 16 years of age to register on Kiveez and use Our services. By registering on Our App you confirm and warrant that

  1. You will not give any false or misleading information while creating your account to register or while creating a listing.
  2. You will be respectful to all members and users.
  3. You will not advertise, list, post, sell or promote drugs, alcohol, porn, gambling, prostitution, child sex trafficking, weapons, hate, terrorism or any racial content.
  4. You must be minimum 18 years of age to use our matrimony services only if your local government allows. If the marriage age in your country is more than 18 years of age you must not use our matrimony services.
  5. You will not misuse any information including member’s information on our App.
  6. You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
  7. You have never been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence, and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry.
  8. You are not a person who is barred from using the Service under any applicable jurisdiction.
  9. You do not have any criminal charges against you.
  10. You must follow our Community guidelines.

ACCOUNT DETAILS

At Kiveez we require you to give your details including but not limited to your mobile number, name etc. You must give correct details. If we find out that the details given are incorrect, we may immediately terminate your account without notice or clarification.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for Kiveez and you are responsible for all actives that are conducted under those credentials. If you think someone else has gained access to your login details, you must report it to us.

SAFETY AND YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS

We work hard and strive that our members have safe and enjoyable experience. You as a user and member are solely responsible for all your interactions. We do not conduct criminal background check on our members nor are we responsible at all with who and how you interact on and off the app. If you meet someone in person via our app, it is solely your responsibility for your safety, and we do not take any responsibility about your safety at all.

We care for our users and we suggest some safety tips may help to keep you safe.

  • Protect you account and credentials.
  • Never share your personal details with those who you do not trust.
  • Never send money to those who you do not personally know.
  • Never meet anyone alone or in secluded places.
  • Inform your family and friends who you are meeting.
  • Block those who harass you, threaten you, insult you or send you inappropriate message.

Avoid interacting with users who are long distance away.

TERMINATION

At Kiveez, we want our users to make full use of our services, have fun and enjoy using our services by abiding to our Terms and Conditions. However, some users may not abide by our Terms and Conditions. If you are found guilty of breaching our Terms and Conditions, we hold full rights to terminate your account without any warning and if you are a paid member you will not be refunded at all.

PURCHASE AND REFUNDS

Our App is free to use for all our users. However, there are Premium Paid services available which you may choose which will give you extra features and privileges which other free users may not have. If you make a payment and subscribe for our Premium Paid services and then decide to cancel it for any reason, we will cancel your subscription but will not provide any refunds at all. Therefore, we suggest before you decide to make a payment and buy Premium services, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and then decide if you would like to purchase our Premium Paid services.
